BECOME A HOUSE DETECTIVE
Stephen Poulter reveals the research process he followed when uncovering the 350 year story of the 17th century cottage he owns in Needham and how he explored the lives of the owners and tenants who lived there. He'll describe and produce examples of the various maps, resources, deeds and documents involved in investigating the background of any historic property using online and archive sources in Norfolk & Suffolk.

AN INTRODUCTION TO ANTIQUES, VINTAGE ITEMS AND COLLECTABLES
Professional auction, Stephen Poulter, reveals how the world of antiques, vintage items and collectables really works and shows how easy it is for anyone to start buying or collecting in these areas. We will explore some of the different categories and periods of antique and vintage items which can be purchased from auctions, antique markets, car boot sales and online. Students will acquire some of the techniques for researching and identifying a whole range.
