- 4 large ripe peaches
- 1-2 tbsp sugar
Method
- Cut peaches along the seam all the way around and twist the halves off the stone. Heat the grill to high.
- Sprinkle the cut surfaces of the peach halves with a layer of sugar and place on a baking tray, cut side up.
- Place the peaches under the grill for 3-4 minutes or until the sugar starts to caramelise.
- Serve with vanilla ice cream, crème fraîche or Greek yoghurt.
